I started this journey 2 years ago when I opened up the brokerage. Many hours , dedication , wins and lessons , laughter and tears along the way. What I did learn is that leadership is a collective, collaborative, and purpose-driven mindset of individuals that come together to serve and support each other their communities and our industry. Leadership is people first!
